Things to consider before purchasing

  • Our Services department is available from Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Indian Standard Time (GMT + 5.5). We expect your order to be completed within 24 – 48 business hours provided we have all the required information.
  • Our transfer services do not include editing the server set up of the new server on which the software is being migrated to. It is assumed that your host meets all the necessary software requirements.
  • If we are to edit the server set up; it may attract an additional charge. Additional cost, if any, will be informed in advance and only when approved the installation will be carried out.
  • The software when transferred from the old server to the new one will be on the same version (build). Transfer services do not include upgrading the software build. That can be done at an additional cost.
  • Transfer services do not include setting up of new staff users, department or email parser set up. They can be done at an additional cost.
  • Refunds are not possible once the necessary information to perform the migration has been provided by you and work has commenced.
  • This is a one time service which includes 1 instance of software migration.

What information is required

To execute the transfer service, we shall require the following information.

Existing server access details

  • Control panel access information – cPanel / PLESK.
  • FTP access information – FTP host, Username, Password and the path to the directory in which the software has been installed in.
  • phpMyAdmin access information if it is not available in your server control panel – URL, Username and Password.
Root access to the server can be required to back up the database if we are unable to back it up using phpMyAdmin.

New server access details

  • Control panel access information – cPanel / PLESK.
  • FTP access information – FTP host, Username, Password and the path to the directory in which the software has been installed in.
  • phpMyAdmin access information if it is not available in your server control panel – URL, Username and Password.
  • Access information to your helpdesk – URL, Admin Username and Password.
  • Kayako Members Area access information.
Root access to the server can be required to restore the database if we are unable to restore it using phpMyAdmin as well as for email parser setup.
Please inform our staff if you are have customized the source code, using a third party module or carried out any other kind of customization so we can check if they are fully functional once the migration is complete.
