Office will be closed on Diwali

On account of Diwali, our office will be closed on Monday, October 31st.

 

Diwali also known as Deepavali and the "festival of lights", is an ancient Hindu festival celebrated in autumn every year. It is one of the main and important festivals celebrated across India. For more information about the festival you can visit this wikipedia page.

 

Support will be available for both the days however it can be a little slower than usual. You can use our support desk to log in your issues.

Scheduled Maintenance

Due to the continuous ongoing issues with our existing web host, we would be moving our website including our helpdesk to our new hosting provider. The helpdesk or the website may be unavailable till the new DNS settings kick in. If you need any assistance, please feel free to email us at supportskins@gmail.com till we are fully back up.

 

Maintenance will take place on Saturday and Sunday - 15th and 16th of October. We expect to be fully up and running by Monday morning.

Auto Login Module v1.08 released

We are pleased to announce the release of the new version of our Auto Login module v1.08.

 

The Auto Login module now fully supports Kayako's latest stable release v4.72.1. The manual has been updated with the instructions on how to install the module depending upon the build of Kayako you might be using.

 

You can contact the Support department for any questions that you might have. In order to upgrade, re-download all files from your SupportSkins's Account. Reupload all the files after you have upgraded the helpdesk and run the App upgrade script from -- Admin CP > Apps (Admin panel of the software).

 

Note: The new upgrade requires restoring the Auto Login module templates as well as upgrading your ionCube Loaders to v9.0 and above. You can download the latest version of the loaders from - here.

On account of Ganesha Chaturthi our office will be closed tomorrow,Thursday, 17th September, 2015. Ganesh Chaturthi is the Hindu festival celebrated on the birthday (rebirth) of the lord Ganesha, the son of Shiva and Parvati. It is one of the main local festivals celeberated in Mumbai, Maharashtra. For more information about the festival you can visit this wikipedia page.

Critical: Upgrade your Kayako to v4.70.02

Yesterday Kayako released a security advisory informing all clients about a critical security issue which was discovered on June 9th, allow the attacker to remotely execute PHP code on the server on which Kayako is installed on.

 

All version of Kayako prior to v4.70.02 (released yesterday) get affected by this vulnerability.

 

We strongly urge all our customers to upgrade to v4.70.02 at the earliest.
