I have followed the manual but I still cannot use/install the module.

Please contact our Support Department with the following information and they shall assists you with the issue:
1) Admin access with URL to your Kayako product.
2) FTP access to the server on which the module is installed.
3) SupportSkins Store Username/Password
4) Order ID or Serial Key
