I have changed the domain on which Kayako is installed but the module does not work any more?

Please contact our Sales Department with the following information. They will make the necessary changes and will let you know what needs to be done:
1) SupportSkins Store Username
2) Order ID or Serial Key Number
3) Domain for which the module is currently registered
4) New domain on which you wish to install the module.
Please note, once the changes are made the installation on the old domain will stop functioning immediately.
