What does the Auto Login module do?

The Auto Login module when installed will automatically log in the client into the helpdesk taking him straight to the ticket he submitted when he clicks on the link he receives in the email after successfully creating a new ticket or when he receives a new staff reply or any emails related to the auto close feature of Kayako.

 

The module also has support for CC and BCC users where they to receive links in their emails. When they click on this link, they will be directed to a page where they can view the status of the ticket without having the permissions to edit the ticket properties, rate the ticket or add a new reply to the ticket.
