 Store News: Kayako v3.60.04 released

Details Bug fix release
Yesterday morning Kayako released a bug fix release - v3.60.04 stable which fixed a few bugs reported in the previous build. An upgrade is must for all users who have custom fields set for their ticket submission form and are using v3.60.03 release.

If you do not wish to upgrade then you can simply use the patch files from the new build. You need to replace the files:

/modules/tickets/staff_ajax.php
/includes/functions_customfields.php

As for the skin templates, the footer template need to be restored and redone when you upgrade from Kayako v3.60.03 stable to v3.60.04 stable. Kayako has redone the way it displays its copyright information.

We have updated all our skin and email templates to support the new build. All skins and email template are available for download from our store at - http://www.supportskins.com/store/.

All clients who have purchased custom skin and email customization services can contact our Support department for updates.
