All the screenshots used for the template have been taken from a live Yahoo! Mail Account while the helpdesk on which the templates were developed existed on a local server hence all the links in the email screenshots point to "localhost"

Please note the following:

Support Extended View - The skin does not support full page view as the page width is fixed
Change any functionality of the software as we do not edit any part of software source code
PSD for the Icons - PSD files for the icons used in skin is not available for sale and hence not added to the package.
Kayako v4 - This template does not work for Kayako v4.

Templates successfully tested for Kayako Products - v3.70.02 STABLE

The skin is bundled in a .rar file. To extract the package, you shall need WinRAR.
