With the purchase of the email template you get:
- Free Template Installation - That is right, we shall install the email templates on your helpdesk at no extra cost
- Template file - XML format file which can be found in the template directory of the software
- Photoshop source file - includes PSD file of the banner used in the template
- Fonts - Fonts used for the banner and the buttons
- Easy Restore - You can easily restore the templates to the original format when you want to
- We do not edit the software CSS file nor do we replace any default images
- Cross Platform - All templates have been thoroughly tested on popular email programs and free email services
- Free upgrades for the period of 180 days from the date of purchase.
Please note the following:
- Change any functionality of the software as we do not edit any part of software source code
- Skin Templates - The package does not include skin templates, they need to purchased seperately.
- PSD for the Icons - PSD files for the icons used in skin is not available for sale and hence not added to the package.
- Kayako v4 - This email template does not work for Kayako v4.
Email templates successfully tested for Kayako Products - v3.70.02 STABLE
Email template files are bundled in a .rar file. To extract the package, you shall need
WinRAR.
